8 double dumbbell front squats*

5 double dumbbell devils press*

*Rx: 2x50s/2x40s/2x35s/2x25s

Scoring: Time it takes you to complete the workout. If you do not finish within the time cap, add the reps remaining as seconds to 30:00. The lunge counts for two reps, each 25′ is one rep.
