Step 1: Sign Up For A Free Trial
If you’re new to CrossFit, your first step to getting started at is to sign up for one of our free trial classes. The free trial class will introduce you to some of the basic movements used in CrossFit, as well as introduce you to the gym—how we run classes, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Step 2: Complete Fundamentals
After your free trial class, you’ll need to complete Fundamentals classes to get you up to speed on the various movements used in CrossFit. These classes are specially designed to give you lots of attention, with a small class cap and a lesson plan that leaves plenty of time to practice technique and refine movements.
After completing Fundamentals, you’ll get $40 off your first full month of membership.
Step 3: Confirm Your Start Date
Once you’ve purchased your Fundamentals package, please contact us to confirm your start date!
Now you’re ready to get started on regular WOD classes, along with our specialty classes, like running, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting!

There’s no better way to find out about the gym, and CrossFit generally, than to show up and check it out!
