A regular membership covers small group classes with our CrossFit certified trainers. These include first-class coaching, instruction on technique, personalized goal setting, body composition analysis and more. You’ll also have access to our online fitness tools and be able to participate in workshops and special events.
JPCF is committed to a stronger, healthier community. This is why we host an affordable, easy to learn CrossFit workout for anyone—Saturdays at 9:00am and Sundays at 11:00am. Community WODs are free for members, and $5 for guests!
Want to build and refine your Clean and Jerk or Snatch lifts? Join us for our Friday evening Olympic Weightlifting club LiftJP. Our talented weightlifting coach has put together various tracks for athletes to pursue depending on commitment level and desire to compete.
Come lift heavy in our beginner friendly Powerlifting classes. Here we will practice the Squat, Deadlift, or Bench Press with the goal of increasing our strength, for either everyday life, improving other athletics, or competing in the sport of Powerlifting!
Our gym offers 24/7 Gym Access through the Hybrid Athlete Foundation. This service is an add-on to Unlimited memberships and costs $20/month. With it, athletes have access to the gym outside of regular class hours, free trials, and fundamental times.
24/7 Access is for JPCF Athletes only, that meet the following criteria:
• Current members in good standing
• Have an Unlimited Membership
• Have been a JPCF athlete for at least 6 months
