CrossFit Group Classes

A regular membership covers small group classes with our CrossFit certified trainers. These include first-class coaching, instruction on technique, personalized goal setting, body composition analysis and more. You’ll also have access to our online fitness tools and be able to participate in workshops and special events.

Community WODs

JPCF is committed to a stronger, healthier community. This is why we host an affordable, easy to learn CrossFit workout for anyone—Saturdays at 9:30am and Sundays at 11:00am. Community WODs are free for members, and $5 for guests!

One on One Training

Can’t make group classes, or want specialized training? JP CrossFit offers one-on-one training with our coaches, ranging from help with basics to working on specialized gymnastic progressions or polishing Olympic lifts. Email [email protected] for more info.

Olympic Weightlifting

Want to build and refine your Clean and Jerk or Snatch lifts? Join us for our weekend Olympic Weightlifting classes where we will focus on a single lift under the practiced eye of our weightlifting coaches!

Powerlifting

Come lift heavy in our beginner friendly Powerlifting classes. Here we will practice the Squat, Deadlift, or Bench Press with the goal of increasing our strength, for either everyday life, improving other athletics, or competing in the sport of Powerlifting!
