AMRAP 24:

Teams of 3:

Player 1:

500m row

Player 2:

10 push ups

10 air squats

Player 3:

AMRAP kettlebell

Kettlebell movements:

– deadlifts

– swings

– goblet squats

– push press

– thrusters

– lunges
Athletes rotate at the end of every row. Player 2 does their work and rests. Player 3 has their pick of any kettlebell movement at any weight. You can switch movements and kettlebells within your round.
