Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets
12 min cap

Scoring: The maximum weight that you successfully complete the workout with.

3 minute rest in between Gwen… then…. (No Measure)

Clean and Jerk (6 minutes to build to a heavy single
(power clean and push jerk))
