600 meter run or 700m row or 30/40 cal bike

12 overhead squats*

5 wall walks

*Rx: 95/75/65/55
Scoring: The amount of rounds and reps you complete within 24 minutes. The run/row/bike counts for two reps, one rep if you start before the timer finishes, two if you finish in time.
