On Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, we’re cancelling regular classes to host three heats of Murph at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am, followed by a community potluck from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Zercher Squat

Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds

3 Zercher Squats at RPE 7/8

Choose one of the below workouts:

Fight Stimulator (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 8:

Unbroken sets of 5 double unders

Rx+ = sets of 10

Scale to unbroken sets of 50 max height single unders.
Scoring: The amount of rounds and reps you complete within 8 minutes.

Flight Simulator (Time)

For time:

10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

Double unders

Sets must be performed unbroken. They may be combined.

8 minute time cap!
Scoring: Time it takes you to complete the workout. If you do not finish within the time cap, add the reps remaining as seconds to 8:00.

Flight Sim (HQ) (Time)
