Time to chalk up, load the bar, and show us what you’ve got!
Join us for a morning of big lifts, loud cheers, and great vibes.
The Format:
Back Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
3 attempts per lift
We will be going in weight order, so the weight only goes UP each round!
You’ll submit Starting + Goal weights for all 3 lifts when you register.

Suggested donation: $20–$50 (benefits our scholarship fund)
Late registration (May 6–8): $50 fee
