Join us for a morning of big lifts, loud cheers, and great vibes.

The Format:

πŸ” 3 attempts per lift

πŸ“ˆ We will be going in weight order, so the weight only goes UP each round!

🎯 You’ll submit Starting + Goal weights for all 3 lifts when you register.
