Row should take 15 sec or less. Wallballs should be a weight you can something you can do sets of 10 with.
Score is the round you finished on in the minutes, and the seconds you finished during that minute in the seconds.
For example: if you finish in the 7th round after 27 seconds, your score would be 7:27
