Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner:


200m run

20 synchro sit ups

20 synchro kettlebell swings

A: 18 air squats

12 burpees

B: 18 Russian twists

12 push ups
Partners run together and do the synchro work together, and then one does A and the other does B, alternating A and B every round.

Athletes can’t leave the room til both have finished their individual work.
