Next Tuesday, November 11, we’ll be programming the workout Chad for Veterans Day .
Chad is 1,000 box step-ups for time (traditionally on a 20” box with a ruck or weighted pack). But don’t worry — the full version is not expected or required.
Here’s what to expect:
- You can choose a number of step-ups that feels challenging but completely doable for you.
- Added weight (ruck or vest) is entirely optional — most athletes will scale the reps or skip the weight altogether.
- Want company? You can also do this as a partner workout, trading off and resting while the other person works.
The goal of the day is to move with purpose and finish feeling proud — not crushed.
Because Chad can take longer than a standard class, we’ve adjusted the schedule for the day:
- 6:00am
- 7:30am
- 12:00pm
- 4:30pm
- 6:00pm
