With a partner, alternating full movements

50 double unders

15 wall balls^

^Rx: 20/14/10, 10’/9′
*Scale RMU to 5-7 dips

Partners alternate full movements. Partner A does all RMU while Partner B rests. Partner B then does all Dubs while partner A rests…so on.

Scoring: Total rounds and reps completed for both partners
