3 rounds of
3 hard pulls
3 squat snatches
Rx: 135/115/95/75
Aim for around 3 rounds +- half a round. These snatches should be heavy enough to need to be singles. run should take about 4:30 or less. Pull ups can be fast singles and should be HARD variations–strict is always a good idea if kipping is too easy but the next movement up is not there yet. I’M EXCITED FOR YOUR FITNESS!
