Clean complex (5×2 at 70-80% of your C&J)

Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk

Enderton Front Squat Complex (5×1 at 90% of your 1RM from Week 3)

1 FS, 3 sec pause at bottom

1 FS, double bounce

1 FS
This is optional after-class strength work. If you weren’t here on Week 3, take 15 min to find a 1RM for the complex, instead.
