This class will introduce you to what a typical CrossFit class is like. We go over some fundamental movements and expose you to how we coach and run classes. This class is specifically designed for all levels of fitness!
These classes are designed to give you lots of attention and go over the more complex barbell and gymnastics movements involved in CrossFit. With a small class cap, you’ll have plenty of time to practice technique and receive feedback.
