CrossFit is a group training program designed to deliver fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements”, meaning you’re never doing the same thing two days in a row, and the exercises we do are meant to help you navigate your everyday life.
We combine cardio conditioning, gymnastics, and lifting in an exercise program that will prepare you for any physical challenge you may encounter, be it picking up a toddler, wrangling a pup, playing pick-up basketball, or fire rescue with lives on the line. CrossFit is designed to be a challenge–no matter what your starting point. Each exercise will be adjusted to fit your ability so you can complete workouts alongside other athletes in your class. You will see quantifiable results regardless of what your current fitness level may be.
