Partner 1 AMRAP:
20 box jumps
20 kettlebell swings
20 situps
20 burpees
Partner 2: 200m run/250m row
Partner 3: heavy object hold
Partners rotate when Partner 2 finishes the run/row. Partner 3 resumes the AMRAP where Partner 1 left off.
Score is total rounds of the AMRAP completed.
