For time:
 800m run
 30 pull-ups
 40 push-ups
 60 air squats
 400m run
 20 pull-ups
 30 push-ups
 50 air squats
 200m run
 10 pull-ups
 20 push-ups
 30 air squats
 30 min cap!
 Scoring: Time to complete the work. If you do not finish within the time cap, add the amount of reps remaining to 30:00 as seconds. If you have 25 air squats remaining, your time would be 30:25.
