1 front squat

1 clean
Final clean can be either squat or power clean (think about what you might want to use in the workout)

In 12 minutes:


Front squats (95/65)

Bar-over burpees

With remaining time, find:

1 rep max clean
Lateral bar over burpees

Clean (Heaviest lift from the workout)

Indicate squat or power
